I was impressed by the way Ray went above and beyond to communicate with me on the status of my loan. He was very professional and friendly. I was also impressed with the way that he offered help from the beginning on a Facebook group, I was not expecting to find the help I needed or the expertise on Facebook, but indeed it was great.
